About This Course
This course is created for beginners who are new to the ukulele.
By the end of this 6 weeks course, you will be equipped with the skills strum, pluck and sing on the ukulele.

Why learning ukulele the "normal" way is hard:
The first thing most beginners learn when picking up the ukulele is how to read a chord diagram.
A chord is basically a shape you form on the ukulele and you strum it.
It looks something like this:
The dot is what you have to press, and the numbers represent your left hand fingers:
Most people are taught to memorize chord shapes by the dots and numbers.
While this may be easy to some...
It is confusing for many beginners.
When they start to play songs, they struggle to switch between chords smoothly.
Because they are unable to effectively remember the chord shape.
This results in choppy playing and they're unable to play a song smoothly.
To help beginners learn easily, we devised a method which doesn't require any memorizing:
All you need to do is to link the chord shape to something easy for your brain to recall!
For example, in the Am chord you saw above,
Instead of telling yourself "I have to finger number 2 on string number 4"
You just have to remember the alphabets Am as A middle finger!
